Muwema & Mugerwa Advocates & Solicitor started from very humble beginnings almost 15 years ago to one of the top laws Firms in Uganda. We are the Leading Anti Counterfeit Legal practice in Uganda working for International brands like PHILIPS, TOTAL, BIC etc.

The Firm has participated in a number of Anti counterfeiting initiatives including the 7th Annual Pharmaceutical Anti – counterfeiting conference in London (26th – 27th June 2012) and will be key participants in the Advanced Anti – counterfeiting Strategies (3rd – 4th December 2012) in Istanbul Turkey.
In the area of copyright, the Firm is currently engaged with the Uganda Communications Commission in the streamlining and Regulation of the Music and Film industry in Uganda.
