The firm maintains a very good team of litigators and has made an impression in several important fields, including corporate/commercial litigation, conveyance & property matters and arbitration. The Firm has grown rapidly in recent years, and now comprises of 5 partners, several associates and legal assistants making the legal team a 14 lawyer band. The firm has Three departments namely: – Commercial Litigation, Commercial & Conveyancing and General Civil Litigation.

The Commercial Litigation Department deals with general commercial court litigation, arbitration and commercial securities (debt recovery). The Commercial & Conveyancing Department deals with commercial transactions, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law and general advisory in commercial and conveyancing matters. The General Civil Litigation Department deals with court litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial and selected criminal matters.

Other areas of service include:- Legislative Advisory, Review and Drafting, Probate and Administration, Procurement Law, Industrial Relations, Information Communication Technology Law and advisory, and Interpretation of Statutes, Judgments and International Instruments.
